Client Project Ownership

Projects require an approved proposal or agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining payments must follow agreed milestones. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
Additional work outside the approved scope will be quoted separately.

Revisions are limited to those outlined in the approved proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or providers. HTech Nexus is not responsible for issues, downtime, or policy changes related to third-party services.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, or revenue. Results depend on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

HTech Nexus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.
